Build the analytics and operations platform that powers Amanotes' game and app business, targeting 3-5x productivity uplift across teams.
2. Personalization
Lead the development of personalization as Amanotes' next frontier capability, enabling games to adapt to each user's unique skill and preferences to maximize flow state and engagement.
3. AI Transformation
Drive Amanotes' AI-first transformation across production and operations, building a hyper-automation platform with agentic AI capabilities.
4. Data Infrastructure
Own the foundational data infrastructure that enables all capability building, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and actionability.
KEY EXPECTATION OF THE POSITION

Define and maintain clear product roadmaps that directly connect to Amanotes' 2028 strategy and business goals

Ensure strategic alignment using impact-effort prioritization and projected ROI validation

Manage dependencies across platforms and coordinate with game divisions on adoption timing

Establish clear success metrics and early signals for each capability component

Build and lead a high-performing technical product team (Product Owners, Data Scientists, Analysts)

Establish product management practices that balance speed with quality and learning

Drive build vs. buy decisions, evaluating third-party solutions against in-house development

Foster an AI-first mindset and ensure the team stays current with emerging technologies

Create measurement frameworks to track actual impact and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with game divisions (PI, BH, DR, spinoffs), subsidiaries, and portfolio companies

Establish and manage an R&D lab focused on emerging music technologies (AI music generation, audio analysis, real-time audio processing)

Allocate dedicated innovation budget and team capacity (10-30%) for experimentation without immediate ROI pressure

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or technology management roles

Strong strategic leadership capability with proven experience driving technical vision, organizational scaling, and technology strategy aligned with business and company goals
