IT Helpdesk Intern

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams (engineering, product, etc.) 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amanotes games and platforms
  • Diagnose and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
  • Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential problems
  • Assist with the automation of IT processes
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for gaming (a plus)
