OBJECTIVES

Music Solutions is a team within the Music function. Our mission is to build centralized, standardized and scalable music systems to provide music solutions for our internal customers & developers with high quality and reliability

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build a Music Platform to help internal customers & developers to leverage Amanotes music content library at large scale (+50 Millions songs and billions of end users)
Directly work with the Head of Function and Technical Manager to build and develop product strategies & roadmap for the Music Platform
Support Head of Function & other stakeholders (Heads of Portfolio, Technical team, Music content team) to make strategic & tactical decisions
Lead the product team to develop & monitor product roadmap/release/backlog
Build and develop a talented product team, improve team capacity & efficiency
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products & UX standards, industry trends, product development methodologies & best practice for the product team
Analyze market & competitive landscape, understand industry trends to innovate ideas for Music Platform & other products in general
Clearly articulate business value and priorities to the product team and cross-functional team

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of relevant Product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in Agile methodologies & other product development methodologies, innovative and strategic framework.
Highly effective cross-functional team management.
Deep understanding of Product performance measurement and optimization.
Demonstrate solid experience in user & market research, UX research, wireframing, backlog management.
High level of data analysis, strategic thinking, critical thinking and stakeholders management
Advanced English skills in writing & speaking.
Communication and negotiation skills are a must.
Had successfully launched a product at scale in a product management role.

WILL BE A PLUS

Good knowledge of music industry
Love music and music-related products, or having experience developing one
Willing to work and navigate through uncertainties and risky endeavors
